Forty-four participants from across the city and county’s health and social care services and beyond came together at Oakham Suite, Mansfield for the ninth whole-day, multi-agency Frailty & Supported Self-care training event.  There were twelve organisations represented, including Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service for the first time and visitors from South Tees NHS Foundation Trust.
